Information collected
We collect owner account email and sign-in information; event titles, question text, uploaded backgrounds and wedding details; guest names, optional contact details and relationship; invitation openings, questionnaire completion, answers and submission times; feature feedback and an optional contact email when submitted; and payment references returned by Stripe. Vercel Web Analytics collects anonymous page views and aggregate visit information such as page, referrer, approximate location, browser and device type. Personal invitation tokens and URL query parameters are removed before analytics events are sent. Google may supply account identity when enabled. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in this application.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate owners, publish invitations, save guest responses, provide reports, review feature feedback and follow up when an email is provided, enforce plan limits, process purchases and refunds, support account recovery, and understand aggregate site traffic. Guests can leave contact and relationship fields blank.
Who can see guest information
The authenticated event owner can see reports allowed by their plan; full details and exports require Premium. Guests receive their own result. Wedding details are returned after a named, confirmed submission. Shared report screenshots omit identities and contact details by default. Anyone holding a guest link can use that invitation; share links with their intended recipients. Uploaded backgrounds are public files, so do not upload private documents.
Services and storage
Vercel hosts the application and provides anonymous Web Analytics, Neon stores account and invitation data, Vercel Blob stores uploaded backgrounds, Stripe processes payments, and Google may provide sign-in and address suggestions when configured.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Service providers process the information needed to host the application, manage authentication, store data or process payment. Google may receive sign-in, address-search or map requests when those features are used.
Retention and requests
Account and event data remain available while the account and service operate, unless deletion is requested or needed to meet applicable obligations. Premium response history has no automatic expiry, and owners can export responses. To request access, correction or deletion, email 676296959aa@gmail.com with information identifying the account or invitation. We may verify identity and ownership before acting. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting or disputes.
Cookies and contact
Authentication uses cookies to keep owners signed in. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies, and this application does not add advertising trackers. For privacy questions or requests, contact 676296959aa@gmail.com.
