One-time purchase
Interactive Wedding Invite Premium is a one-time US$14.90 purchase. It does not renew automatically. A free account is not charged unless you choose to purchase Premium.
Refund requests
If technical issues prevent you from using the Premium features you paid for, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email 676296959aa@gmail.com with your account email and a brief explanation of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
After a refund
When a full refund is processed, the corresponding Interactive Wedding Invite Premium entitlement is removed after the verified Stripe event. Your existing event data is not automatically deleted. Other products have separate membership entitlements.
Payment disputes
Please contact us first if you have a billing concern so we can review it. No refunds apply to the free tier because no payment is taken. This policy does not limit refund rights required by applicable law.
