Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Interactive Wedding Invite (the Service), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of service
Owners create wedding events, edit questionnaires, share an invitation link and view responses. Guests answer, enter a name for a confirmed result, and receive the configured result. A failed answer can show a result without collecting personal details. Questionnaire results are part of the invitation experience and do not independently verify identity or attendance.
Free and Premium
Free accounts may create two events and accept responses from up to three guests per event. Premium is a US$14.90 one-time purchase for this wedding product and unlocks the features shown on the Pricing page while the service operates.
Your content
Owners are responsible for invitation wording and any uploaded background images. Do not upload content you lack rights to use or material that violates applicable law.
Content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of your content and permit us to host, process and display it to operate the Service. Do not use the Service for spam, harassment or unlawful activity, bypass plan restrictions, interfere with its operation, or collect or disclose guest information without appropriate permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and data accessible, but do not promise uninterrupted or absolutely permanent storage. Export important records regularly.
Account safety
Provide accurate account information and keep login access secure. You are responsible for sharing invitation links and for your use of guest information. Guest details are available only to the authenticated event owner.
Payments and refunds
Premium is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Stripe processes payments. Interactive Wedding Invite and Gift Calculator membership entitlements are separate. Premium activates after server-side payment confirmation. A full refund removes the corresponding wedding purchase entitlement; existing event data is not automatically deleted. See the Refund Policy for requests.
Liability and changes
The Service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability related to the Service is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months. This does not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may update these terms and publish the updated date here. Continued use after changes means acceptance, subject to applicable law.
